PanelSource manufactures plywood and MDF substrates in our own factory in Xuzhou, Jiangsu, China. Established in 2008, we work directly with buyers on materials, panel specifications and samples.

Veneer preparation
We dry and prepare veneer before assembly. This stage supports the construction and moisture requirements of the panel.
Glue application
We apply adhesive to the veneer before layup and pressing, following the bonding requirements of the panel.
Thickness calibration
We calibrate panel thickness as part of finishing, then check dimensions against the order specification.
Packing & dispatch
We prepare pallet protection and packing, then check quantities and shipping marks before dispatch.

We check thickness, sheet size, squareness and panel construction. Your specified tolerances form part of the order requirements.

We inspect face appearance and finish. For decorative panels, we compare the agreed reference; for film faced panels, we inspect the film and edge sealing.

How do you produce and supply the panels?
We manufacture plywood and MDF substrates in our own factory in Jiangsu, China. All products are made to customer order, with the panel specification, samples and production arranged around your project.
Can we order custom sizes, colours or our own logo?
Yes. We produce custom dimensions, decorative colours and OEM logo options. Our team can work from your drawing, colour reference or logo artwork and help plan the panel configuration for production.
Can we request a sample?
Yes. Standard samples without special work or a logo have no sample charge; delivery is separate. Custom samples are priced individually. Tell us the panel and finish you want to compare, and we will arrange the sample details with you.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Tell us what you are making or which panel you need. Include sizes, quantity, finish and delivery destination if you already know them. Our team can recommend a configuration and prepare the quotation with you.
What are your minimum order quantity and lead time?
For panels other than MDF, our starting guidance is one container for standard sizes and 3,000–10,000 pieces for custom sizes or designs. MDF production takes 7–10 days; other panels take 10–15 days. The minimum MDF order is 1 × 20′ GP container. We arrange production for your order and record the quantity, production dates and shipment arrangements in your quotation and sales agreement.
What if we have not selected a core, grade or finish?
Start with the application, working conditions and finish you want. We will help you compare panel options. Include any project standard or grade so the proposed specification addresses it.
Can we send drawings, colour references or a document checklist?
Yes. Email your drawings, photographs, colour references or document checklist to sales@plywoodsupplier.cn. Add your company name or enquiry reference so our team can connect the files with your project.
Can you arrange export packing and shipping?
Panel orders ship by container, with export packing arranged around the product and destination. Share your destination and packing requirements so we can plan pallet protection, shipping marks and freight. All products include a 180-day after-sales warranty.
