Density board concept introduction:
Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) is a kind of board made of wood fiber or other plant fiber as raw material and pressed by adding synthetic resin under heating and pressure. According to its density can be divided into high density fiberboard, medium density fiberboard and low density fiberboard.
The nominal density of MDF fiberboard is 650Kg/m³ — 800Kg/m³. Because of its uniform structure, fine material, stable performance, impact resistance and easy processing, density board is widely used in domestic furniture, decoration, Musical Instruments and packaging.
