The performance requirements of national standards for decorative wood veneer flame retardant mdf:
my country’s current is the recommended standard GB/T 15104-2006 “decorative wood veneer wood-based panels”, most of the production of enterprises implement this standard. The standard specifies three indicators for decorative wood veneer flame retardant panels in terms of appearance quality, processing accuracy, and physical and mechanical properties. Its physical and mechanical performance indicators are: moisture content, surface bonding strength, dipping and peeling. GB 18580-2001 “Limited formaldehyde emission in interior decoration materials and wood-based panels and their mdf products” also stipulates the formaldehyde emission limit index of this product. ①The national standard stipulates that the moisture content index of decorative wood veneer flame retardant board is 6% to 14%. ②The surface bonding strength reflects the bonding strength between the decorative wood chip layer and the base material of the flame retardant board. The national standard stipulates that this index should be ≥ 50MPA, and the number of test pieces that meet the standard should be ≥ 80%.
